Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The location was actually perfect. It was a short walk from the main station and close to many shops. The staff were able to assist me in contacting a local onsen to locate a lost item. I found it and got it shipped, and I am so grateful for the receptionists.
The lack of on-site laundry facilities was a minor inconvenience. I needed to find a nearby laundromat to wash and dry clothes. This added some extra time to my travel schedule but I understand it is minor.

The team was super supportive and attentive. I was really happy with the help I got when trying to locate a lost item. Their service was excellent, and they spoke great English too.

the location was excellent near shibuya crossing the staff were friendly i received an upgrade to a larger room i found this very comfortable the room was quiet and there was no street noise i had a restful stay
the air conditioning struggled a bit i found it difficult with the 35 degree heat

the hotel is a short walk to shibuya station it is also close to trendy bars multiple restaurants are located nearby i felt safe walking in the area and the hotel was quiet at night.

the staff were helpful and spoke english i could request a full room clean daily i could also request just a change of towels each day the staff helped with luggage using google maps wheelchair accessible option.

Central Location with Comfortable Amenities

I appreciated the location's proximity to Shibuya station. It was about a 10-minute walk. Major shopping centers like H&M and Uniqlo were also close. I found it convenient that Harajuku and Shinjuku were a short train ride away (only a couple of stops from Shibuya station). The famous Shibuya Scramble was within easy walking distance. I could experience it whenever I wanted.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some street noise at night (bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound).

I found the rooms clean and sufficiently spacious, a plus in this area. The bathroom featured a large shower with strong water pressure, which I certainly appreciated. The room had all the basics for a comfortable stay.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful with directions. The staff were very nice overall, assisting with any queries I had. They also accommodated oversized luggage storage.
